ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Joseph G. Foley, from Troy, New York, is a graduate of Siena College, where he earned a Bachelor Of Science degree in Finance. He subsequently obtained his Juris Doctorate from New England Law in Boston, Massachusetts, where he has been practicing for the past twenty-five years.  Joe and his wife, Sheila, split their time between Brookline, Massachusetts and McLean, Virginia.
